Collecting comics is a fun hobby, but it could also turn into a very profitable venture.
First and foremost collecting comics should be fun and we encourage everyone to only buy comic books that they enjoy. More often than not, however, you will develop a fondness to a particular book or books that you would like to preserve for long-term investment purpose or to extend its longevity. You may just want to remember the book for its intense colors, the crisp artwork, the signed autograph of your favorite writer/artist or whatever your reason may be, professionally graded comics encased in a plastic slabs will help to preserve it for the future.
Another reason to get third-party grading is to eliminate any dispute over the grade of a book when you are ready to sell. After all, grading comic books is very objective, the owner of the book will always view their books to be in better condition than they actually are.
We also offer pressing service for comics. For a nominal fee, your comic can be cleaned and pressed to remove some debris, fingerprints, wrinkles, some unwanted defects and flatten your book for improved presentation.
